Through this program, we offer everyone a free and easy way to return and recycle used HP print cartridges .
When purchasing a new laser or inkjet cartridge, bring your empty original HP toner and ink cartridges to us and we will forward them back to HP for proper disposal.
What to do with old, used print cartridges, inks and toners?
When purchasing a new print cartridge ; new ink and new toner from any manufacturer , bring your old, used print cartridge , ink and toner to us, and we will forward it to an authorized center for recycling this type of waste.
We only dispose of used print cartridges , inks and toners that are generated as replacements when purchasing new inks and toners from us.
We DO NOT dispose of print cartridges that were not purchased from us.
HP Planet Partners – LaserJet and Ink Cartridge Return Program is available only to customers who use genuine HP print cartridges in the manner intended.
